We also conducted comprehensive training sessions for nearly 100 developers, ensuring consistent use of best practices in DevOps processes. As a result, ADT achieved a 5x reduction in deployment time with greater deployment reliability, scaled delivery from 8 to 16 scrum teams, and improved project management with end-to-end traceability.
